Public Transport

The Pavilion is located at 30 Eton Street, Sutherland and is within easy walking distance of public transport.

By Train

Approximately a 5-minute walk from Sutherland Train Station, which is on the Illawarra and South Coast train lines. Exit South towards the Old Princes Highway and follow around to Flora Street, then turn left at Eton Street. The Pavilion is across the road (next to Sutherland Shire Council). Plan your trip by train.

By Bus

Bus services to Sutherland stop at Sutherland Public School, Eton Street and President Avenue, both within walking distance. Plan your trip by bus.

TRAVELLING BY

Car or Bike

The Pavilion is a 45-minute drive from Sydney’s CBD. Plan ahead by checking Live Traffic.

Car Parking and Accessible Parking

Parking, including accessible parking, is available in Eton Street, Sutherland Shire Council and Flora Street car parks. See Council car parks.

Street Parking

On-street parking is available nearby, including Eton Street, Flora Street and Merton Street. Please ensure you read the street signs to avoid parking incorrectly.

Taxi/Ride Share

The Pavilion is located within 100m walking distance of a Taxi Zone/Ride Share on Flora Street. The taxi zone is frequently serviced by St George Cabs who provide a 24-hour service and online bookings.

Cycling

From President Avenue there is a shared cycling and pedestrian pathway towards Kirrawee. On Rawson Avenue there is a road shoulder pathway southwards towards Loftus.

The Pavilion is excited to announce the opening of Squiseato – a brand new all-day artisanal dining venue in the forecourt.

Catering to daily commuters, the local community, and performing arts enthusiasts, Squiseato offers an array of choices, ranging from a quick coffee and fresh pastry to an evening aperitivo and pasta-forward menu, perfect for re-energising or enjoying a pre-theatre meal. Theatre-goers can enjoy a pre-show 2 course dining meal for $35.

Open daily until 3pm, and for dinner from Wednesday-Saturday.

INFORMATION ABOUT

Patron Access

The Pavilion is a fully accessible venue with mobility access to all public and performance areas, braille signage and hearing augmentation throughout the auditorium. Lifts provide access to all foyer and auditorium levels for patrons.
Between 10am and 4pm on Thursday and Friday accessible tickets can be purchased in person at The Pavilion Box Office or via phone on 02 9063 2006.

Baby change facilities and a Viewing Room are available.
Booster seats can also be made available if you ask our front of house team.
