Board Director (Volunteer)

The Pavilion is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals who are passionate about the arts and committed to supporting cultural development in the Sutherland Shire. As a Board Director you will help guide and support the strategic and artistic vision of The Pavilion.

Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)

The Pavilion is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals who are passionate about the arts and committed to supporting cultural development in the Sutherland Shire. As a Marketing Coordinator you will help with the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns that promote The Pavilion’s performances, programs, and brand.

Creative Producer (Part-Time)

The Pavilion is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals who are passionate about the arts and committed to supporting cultural development in the Sutherland Shire. As a Creative Producer you will help manages the creative and logistical delivery of in-house programming, while supporting artist relationships, production operations, and audience development.

Lighting Supervisor (Full-Time)

Bring your expertise to the spotlight as our Lighting Supervisor! Oversee and deliver creative, high-quality lighting for live events and work alongside our technical team to ensure a safe and seamless experiences.

Technician (Casual)

Our casual technicians play an essential role in the delivery of technical services across all events, responsible for the setup, operation, and pack-down of staging, lighting, sound, and audiovisual systems. 

Stage Manager (Casual)

The Stage Manager is critical to the success of events, overseeing all back-of-house operations, liaising between hirers, performers, technical staff, and venue management to ensure each event is delivered smoothly.

Front of House Attendant (Casual)

The Front of House Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service and enhancing the guest experience at The Pavilion. This dynamic, customer-facing position combines front-of-house responsibilities with food and beverage service, requiring strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work flexibly.

House Manager (Casual)

The House Manager ensures an outstanding visitor experience at The Pavilion by leading customer service and maintaining top safety standards across all front of house operations including – hospitality, ticketing, ushering, cleaning, and merchandising. They lead by example to create a welcoming, professional environment.

Cleaners (Casual)

The casual cleaners are responsible for helping maintain The Pavilion’s facilities and assets in accordance with various service standards.
