One of the best Indigenous voices of her generation, Jess Hitchcock is rightly celebrated for the genre-defying range of her musical output.
For this very special concert, she is joined by The Penny Quartet, one of the most inventive chamber ensembles in the country, to sing of old histories and new. Featuring a repertoire that spans the centuries, she will also share some of her own very special songs in all-new arrangements.
Experience her gorgeous mezzo voice and uncanny knack for storytelling in this stunning new concert presented in partnership with Musica Viva Australia – Australia’s leading presenter of chamber music.
Jess Hitchcock – Vocals
Amy Brookman – Violin
Madeleine Jevons – Violin
