Work Experience Program

The Pavilion offers a comprehensive work experience program for high school students in the Sutherland Shire, called The Creative Crew. As a state-of-the-art performing arts venue, our program provides students with a dynamic and enriching experience that explores the possibilities of a future in the performing arts industry.

Venue Accessibility

The Pavilion is a fully accessible venue for students and teachers. Many shows in The Pavilion’s Schools Program feature Auslan interpretation, and the entire venue is equipped with hearing augmentation to enhance the experience for all patrons.

Lift access is available to all areas, and flexible seating options accommodate patrons using wheelchairs or those with mobility needs. Additionally, the venue features a Viewing Room which is a quieter space that can support students with sensory sensitivities.
