Five amazing concerts are included when you buy a Membership of Sutherland Music Club.
Each year the Club engages top professional and up-and-coming artists to present a variety of wonderful music. With the unbelievable price of $125 Full Membership and $110 Concession (including Seniors), you can’t afford not to join!
The 5 included concerts are:
22nd February: “The Legends of Swing”- Charlie Chech & the Clive Lendich Trio
12th April: “Le Basque” – Robert Johnson (Horn), Ben Oxley (Tenor), Cheryl Oxley (Piano)
9th August: “Andromeda Sax Quartet”
20th September: “Lee Dionne (Piano) & Rosie Gallagher (Flute)”
22nd November: “An Afternoon at the Conservatorium” – Louis Vinciguerra & Friends, (Musical Theatre & Opera Arias)
Each concert will be at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon in the lovely ambience of Sutherland Arts Theatre.
To whet your appetite, first up is Charlie Chech, “Australia’s Best Male Vocal Performer” (ACE Awards), along with his 3-piece band. Charlie’s mission is to honour the jazz and crooning greats such as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Nat King Cole, Michael Buble and many more!
For a total contrast, concert 2 features the amazing Robert Johnson, principal French Horn with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra for 30 years, along with talented musicians – tenor Ben Oxley and pianist Cheryl Oxley – world-class talent on our doorstep!
Sutherland Music Club is a not-for-profit organisation under the umbrella of the Federated Music Clubs of Australia. Its mission is to bring great music to the local community at an affordable cost. 2026 will be the Club’s 69th Year!
