In support of Mental Health Month, The Shire Mental Health & Wellbeing Expo offers powerful connections, education, and support by bringing together guest speakers, mental health professionals, and service providers.
This year’s Expo will focus on reducing barriers to seeking support for mental health concerns for our community. Guest speakers will present on topics including;
- What to expect from your GP in first raising a mental health concern
- What are the treatment options for common mental health issues; and
- Where can I go to learn more about mental health
This is a free event and no booking is required, along with a free barbecue for attendees.
This event is a joint initiative of The Rotary Club of Caringbah, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District, Sutherland Shire Council and Headspace.
