Based on the hugely successful film of the same name, Catch Me If You Can is a high-flying, foot tapping musical comedy that follows the true story of con artist Frank Abagnale Jr., who runs away from his home, impersonating various careers in order to attain the life of his dreams.
Nominated for four Tony Awards, including Best Musical, this delightfully entertaining show was created by Terrence McNally (Ragtime), with a swinging score by the same duo who wrote Hairspray. Filled with high-energy dance numbers and a riveting story, this production of Catch Me If You Can will be produced by Miranda Musical Theatre Company who are the Sutherland Shire’s premier community theatre organisation.
Directed by Tim Dennis, with musical direction by Matt Herne and choreography from Chris Bamford, don’t miss this stellar debut production of Catch Me If You Can at the Pavilion Performing Arts Centre.
